Review is because Nc have said that eNg Forfeited by time. Matches are meant to start at 8:45 at latest. Either way you guys are still in the semi finals and you play Nc on Sunday, which means you can take revenge.

You guys made us wait till 8:55 to start the first map then second map we had to wait for 6 minutes on the second map for rage to craft metal, And you swore at us and gave us shit cause we asked your specs to leave the server… THATS why its under review dont look for excuses to get out of the fact that you guys are at fault. If your medic died via a BUG in the game, it was unintentional im sure.

Im trying very hard not to say anything bad here but, 1 thing i can assure is that we did not say “Guys 6 mins so that Rage can craft”. What bullshit.
Secondly, I did not invite any of the specs to join they were there of their own accord (or someone might have told them NOT knowing that it would be a problem).
Thirdly, as the rules say:

It is not easy to shoot through the door.
I would just like to say that, we apologise for running late, due to unforseen problems. We ould have loved to start at 8:30, but that wasn’t an option. Winning by forfeit is unfortunate, because it was actually a very nice match, if anyone is interested, the map scores were as follows:

It is very hard to work out what happened in the first map. Recording only started at 20:50, which is 5 minutes passed the time of start, we also cant check who had “ready up” at 8:45 coz that is the team that actually should win this game. If both teams did not have ” ready up” then no team should be awarded points, But this is impossible unless someone has a pOV demo at 8:45. In the future play on IS, we have full access to all logs.
Xolox, you guys were giving us shit cause we asked the specs to leave YOUR players go watch the demo before you make that comment. You dont even know whats going on with your team.
So then why YET again did we still have to wait for you guys in the second map to start ? You have done this to other teams with a shitty attitude. Always making everyone wait. And Rage you sleep seeing as i was raping u so hard you swapped from Sniper to scout, and only changed back when your soldiers were all over 😉

We had our full team the hole fucking time. The only time we had 5 players was when Goldfox_ left because your team had “legally” not pitched in the 15min. So dont come and accuse us of being unsportsmanlike.
Unfortunately the league admins could not take action at the time of the delay to sort the forfeit claim as we were in game as well so now we might have to do an arbitrary decision. Even if eNg would have won both maps they will still remain on the 4th place with the same points as Eq but with less Round Diference points with Eq having an advantage of 11 (not even a 5-0 5-0 would have help) so the only place at stake was Nc 1st position with Wildgirls but with all 4 teams already qualified we do not really have to make any dramastic decision.
Now that this competition has turned up the heat between teams and players the split points decision should remain for Nc and eNg and as result the teams will remain on the same positions making the semi final games (1st Nc vs 4th eNg) and (2nd Wildgirls and 3rd Eq).
I’m quite sure everyone in TF2 community wants to see a re-match between Nc and eNg as a place in the final is not the only reason these teams will be battling but rather some sort of revenge and pride so i hope this Sunday they get in time for a fair match.
And just a reminder for the eNg players that might feel this would be an unfair decision to split the points though eng won a map and drew another, I did receive complains from Nc about eNg team delay and they told me that the game started around 8:50’s and even though Nc decided to carry on playing the league admins have the right to default both teams for playing out of the time scheduled but we really cannot do that on a stage where TF2 was almost dead and far from stable yet. The worst team when it comes to commitment to be in time for this competition has been eNg basically late on each game(the other team captains can prove it)and the 1st game was a forfeit.
We trying to make a fair competition to bring back TF2 community but we really lack some sort of professionalism required to have a successful competitive community.
Anyways see you on the semi’s guys and put your rage power in gameplay and have fun!!!

We won the game fair and square, yes it started late but since it DID start surely that means that we deserve the full points. I have never seen this before where a team sticks around to play the game and when they lose they get butthurt and ask for e default? Lose with some dignity guys seriously.

To be honest Beetle, you speak so much bullshit! The very real fact is rules are rules. Before the match started, when you guys were late I had already made up my mind then and there that i was going to enquire about it, regardless of if we played and what the outcomes would be. As soon as Eng was late we had already contacted Razerfox about it before the match began. So this shit about us losing and then trying to get a win out of it is absolute rubbish. So yes for all of you who wanted to know, if we had won or lost that game, it was still going to be reviewed. The only reason why we played on, was because i had already got my team all into the server and it would of been such a waste to just leave it there.
We had to play cause admins could not do anything about you guys being late(once again) as they were in a game of their own. And you even had the nerve to argue about the specs being there… Seriously, you were in the wrong and its not the first time you have been.
Well Bettle as you know our “admin on competitive scene” experience is almost none and yes this kind of situation left us out place as our ruleset did not cover that so probably a rule to be added next time would be (*Once teams agree to play a match after the time allowed for delay of 15 minutes the teams cannot request a forfeit win*) then we can avoid this problem in the future.
But yeah this situation left the admins to decide something that is not covered in the rules so a split of points for the teams to meet each other on the semis is the best decision to settle the teams problems in game and not just words.

As for the constant complaining over us using the door exploit on freight, both teams used it and you can even refer to the recordings, the fact that one of your players was luckily killed means that you weren’t in the wrong either? Stop acting like children and looking for bullshit things to accuse us for in order to make up for the fact that you were late, and your team has been late many times and you have the nerve to be full of shit about it. We didn’t complain once about losing or as Rage so arrogantly put “cry” because you were “owning us”, regardless of the result we had already brought the issue up with the admins and this is not just because we are “bad losers”, yet you all still have a smug, arrogant attitude about it and it is this attitude that is hindering the competitive community in general. The outcome of this doesn’t even affect the standings but the it is the principle of what you guys did wrong, so as eNg have all said, “man up” and “lose with some dignity” and accept you were wrong and stfu so we can carry on with what has so far been a really good comp, don’t ruin it with your retarded childishness.

Come on, seriously. I understand that the rules are set there, but I have never had the rules followed to the letter every time. Even in ETF2L, arguably the most famous TF2 league in the world and definitely so in Europe, people don’t run off asking for default wins cause a team is 5 minutes over the time limit. If the other team has someone on the way then you wait like gentlemen, and if you dont, you go down in the books as an unsportsmanlike team. No one respects a team that can’t cut their oppoents some slack.
I don’t know if it is the same in SA, but this is the kind of thing that CSS in Europe is renowned for, because immature children play that game ever here and some of them will look for any excuse to win.
Any team that I play for, doesnt do that kind of thing, and if they did I would leave.
Firstly, you were not 5 minutes late, you were over 20 minutes late. Secondly, we asked for the default before the game even started but gave you the benefit of playing anyway in case the admins decided not to award it to us. Thirdly, you’ve been given plenty of “slack” by almost every other team you’ve played against where you were late as well, simply by playing after you were WELL over the time limit and not for the first time, was slack enough on our part. I don’t want to fight over this retardedness any more, just man up and admit to your fault and let’s get on with it.
I am fine with the outcome of this from the admin’s side, they did the best they could with a shitty situation.
BUT all I want to do is show everyone here that didnt have the priveledge of playing against you how much of a dick move you made in my oppinion. You can dispute my oppinion with your oppinion as much as you want, but my oppinion is that what you did was uncool.
The thing is that I have a whole other TF2 scene which is much bigger and we can afford to ignore teams who do this shit, I just feel sorry for the rest of the eNg guys who did nothing wrong and have to suffer for it because they have to play against people who take advantage of any given situation.

You’ve played against us once, and not one other team has had any complaints or comments about us, we’ve never made an issue about anything before in this comp yet you think you can say these things and tell us that we “take advantage of any given situation” ? IT’S NOT ABOUT WINNING OR LOSING OR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A SITUATION, the complaint was made before we even started playing, so how are we using it as a way to claim a win? We didn’t run to the admins asking for the default win, we simply complained like so many other of your opponents have had to do, and it was clearly one time too many and action was taken. Don’t be retarded. You’re team has been late on many, many occasions and other complaints had been made. How many chances do you want? If we wanted to be dicks we would all have left and not even played the game at all, but we played anyway and didn’t give any shit about the result, the fact remains that you’re team has done this many times before. In my opinion, I think this is rediculus from all sides of the story. Yes, eNg was late, yes rules are rules, yes Nc should recieve the points. As soon as we all arrived on the server we decided on the map, though Vomit was late due to the fact that he had real life commitments which hindered being on time for the game… I agree eNg have been late for most of the games, but we all have problems before the game (its Murphies law)
The fact that Nc were so touchy about the time that we started, hints towards unsportmanship. If you guys had any commitments that you were going to be late for you would of left? You guys did not give any form of a chance to us… which Im sure you would want from any other team in this community if say for example goldfox’s pc was having fps lag or anything else that would hinder his performance. You guys knew the rules, and followed strictly by them… do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
As for the admins, you guys are doing a great job with this comp and I know this is a tough situation… but surely you would not reward a child for example for title tailing on small things such as being late for class when the teacher isnt there? The next time that child will “soek” for something to bust and expect a reward? Yes once again rules are rules, but the adims are also making rules up as this comp goes along. Not evening cP ( the biggest dooshes in CSS ) would do something like that. No points should of been rewarded (not like it even really matters) and eNg recieving a final warning.

I will only say this once more, we were not looking for the forfeit or to get the win, we simply made a complaint to the admins. Don’t accuse us of bad sportsmanship when you don’t even understand what actually happened. Also, we were being “touchy” about the time because we had been waiting 20 minutes already, and so it’s quite understandable imho and you would have also been “touchy” if you were in our position. Lastly, we did give you guys a chance and in the end we waited and eventually started the game, so don’t say we never did give you a chance. Other teams in this comp have had to forfeit games because of players not being able to play at the last minute or because of similar problems, but they accepted the forfeit, so why do you think you should be exempt from the rules? Stop making it out to be as if we relied on the admins giving us the win or being “bad losers”, the incident is over now in any case and all we did was make a complaint about eNg’s constant lateness for games, don’t blame or accuse Nc for your mistakes.
