Well done on getting the ball rolling… Just wish Telkom hadn’t eaten my line so I could play as well!
Good luck to everyone!
Well… Hopefully eNg can get back in action from Match Day 2 and CyB guys must try and get their players in time a 30 minutes delay is not acceptable (15 max) Remember guys that Wednesday’s and Sunday’s nights must be bookmarked as (TF2 Church Time)on your calendars for the rest of the month : ).
We have to take responsability and commitment when we signup for a competition, especially Team Leaders must take the full responsability of sorting their team and make sure they don’t end with ghost players that only play when there is a new moon or something like that… It’s really annoying when players like that are in a clan wasting the time of clan mates but even worst is the clan leader to accept that kind of players. (This is for those less experienced teams)
I’m not too worried about skill levels at the moment but getting 8 Teams to signup for a competition at this stage of TF2 SA is very good thats more or less around 60 players and we could have even more if some of the pro/old school guys would like to give TF2 a last shot though it may seem like a waste of time for some as there is a lack of overall competitiveness.
Anyways let’s try to have fun and let’s see until when it lasts…
Right after this 6v6 v1 will start something else, maybe some highlander stuff or a sick koth_viaduct challenge. If you guys have any suggestions let’s us know we would be glad to try anything competitive and let’s try to close to the gap abit from public to competitive.
Seriously We got Owned WD other team :>
@Razerfox
Yup its was just a bad time, 1 member had something urgent come up and another told me he was ganna be 5min late but rather abit more lol.
Anyway Im amped for a match so ganna kick some ppl asses into gear.
I think all in all it was a good Match Day one. Pitty with Eng as they are one of the big clans, with lots of players, the smaller clans showed them a bit about committment.
WOOT FURY
I’m loving these calenders and tables. It’s so easy to read. 😀
P.S. I don’t wanna see any clans breaking up shortly after or during this competition hey!
Np’s Stratis this is not gonna be the last 6v6 competition so if you are really keen to have a solid TF2 clan this tournament will help you to shape your team then you can take conclusions of what you need to improve our if you need to change some players. But I’m glad that you are keen to play to KILL!!! :p
Peng boet thanks… Glad that the tables are good looking for everyone and about the clans breaking up is all about the leaders and their effort to keep up with the team and find the right players that can help improve the quality gameplay without “emo situations”
I would like to see all the less experienced teams having their players on pickups games more often, it really helps alot guys don’t just focus on 1vs1 skills focus more on learning about players positioning when attacking or holding the different points for each map. Cya around guys…
Day 1 was fun, Amping for a Big game against NC will be a tough 1!
cant wait for sunday!
Hopefully we can have a better match day without forfeits.
@Razerfox. yeah sunday and wednesday nights = TF2.
unplug everyone else’s internet and prepare for pwnage!
I know it was disappointing about eNg not playing. I will be honest and say that I completely forgot about the game and forgot to organise with everyone before I left for my holiday (minimal signal there). It will be more organised for the next game.
you blady agents!
