After a busy weekend for the teams on this tournament have a look at the standings table:

Just 3 days left of the group stage and some key matches are yet to be played to confirm the top 4 teams that will go through the semi finals this Sunday 25 of July. At the moment look Equilibrium, Team i and Operator look comfortable on the top 3 but Enigma, Narcotics and SLEEP could still catch up if they play on time their remaining matches.
Operator has to be the favorite team at the moment as they still unbeaten since they became active on the TF2 competitive scene winning the TF2CSA Koth Cup and now they still look pretty solid though they still have few matches to play on the group stage.
Things are looking very interesting and let’s see which teams will be at the semi finals…

Not looking good for some teams. Top 3 look set, iNF might steal 4th place.
How??? Most teams still have 3-4 games to play.
At the moment only Equilibrium has a spot for sure bcoz after 24 points is almost guaranteed a top 4 place.

I have to ask what will happen with the teams that have to still play Nc. If Nc have pulled out then the teams will get awarded full points. What happens to the the teams that have played them? Surely they also receive full points? Or do all points given/received for the Nc games get removed.
I know we aren’t ETF2L but according to a reliable source, teams that pull out are basically ignored and all points from those games are removed completely (even if you still have to play them).
If you read rules would be helpful, but anyways let me do some copy and paste:
**Dropped teams’ results will be deleted if they play less than 75% (8 out 11 in this case)**
So yeh they only have 7 games so far and if they don’t play 1 more game then all their results will be deleted then full points will be awarded to all teams (not ignoring them because I think is fair that teams that stayed until the end should get the points from teams dropping).
But I’m yet to receive an official confirmation from Narcotics that they dropping from the competition so if things remains the same by tonight 11:59PM then I’ll delete all their results.
We are not ETF2L but we actually using their rule set (tweaked).
If we had a tournament with divisions according to skill levels like ETF2L then the ignoring of results works out for teams that will be relegated and promoted from divisions. I hope to get 2 divisions for v3 XD

It would but I guess some people don’t want to play for the good sportsmanship… which is sad.
But then after that unless fury have proof of them waiting on a match server at 8:15 on Sunday night then nobody should get points?

Well I never received confirmation and Atomic actually spoke to Nc Goldfox to play their match but Nc did not have enough players on time. So basically Atomic gets a forfeit win from Nc: http://tf2.co.za/competitions/6v6/6v6-v2-results/comment-page-2/#comment-2125
On ETF2L there is rules about a team that forfeits more than certain amount of games gets dropped but we don’t have it on this tournament because of the above reason: **If we had a tournament with divisions according to skill levels like ETF2L then the ignoring of results works out for teams that will be relegated and promoted from divisions.**
If the High Seeds were on a single group then I would have that rule of dropping a team after a certain amount of forfeits and then their results would’ve been deleted.
