Deacan rules also stated that you cant use a custom HUD and a whole bunch of other stuff.
Beetle is part of the community and has played for a while. It was unnecessary.
But its done and dry so lets look forward to V3, gonna be awesome!

As far as I know it did clearly state in the rules no over seas players. Unfortunantly rules are rules.

and plus I thought it was because of double elimination that Ventus won. Being that they only had to win one of the maps to win the event.
