Nice read. :) exact problems we see here. I think alot has to do with players not listening and thinking they know more than the caller.

The caller says WAIT dont push to last and one smart ass thinks he can kill 6 guys on last. If this player is the demoman, then now your team is at a disadvantage.

Basically, you need one caller and you need every one to listen:)

Everyone should read this great guide and put in practice all that, then with time and effort the players mindset will be less likely to be (frag hunting) but rather focusing on the status of your team, the enemy and making the right calls. Learning to read a game on the different situations and making the right moves only comes with gameplay experience and watching demos (watching your own demos to find what went wrong is key to improve / watching overseas demos to learn tips and strats from the best / watching your opponents demo to learn how can you outplay their strategy is also veru important) thats all what you need to lift your game and teamwork though at some points 1vs1 skill can change the game (play more pickups :p). Give it a shot guys!
