Yeah nice one peng!!!Kung Fu you must rember that it is not the easiest thing starting a new clan like TD and playing top clans week in and week out.You should know your self how we lost members. If you a small clan that is in the low-mid range skill level its not always the greatest idea to go and play the big clans or clans that wil rape you!To keep a team motivate and wanting to improve and get playing like a unit is hard when you are losing the whole time(you build a trend of losing the whole time people wil leave the clan). The best way to get a new clan going in my view is play clans in yr skill level and maybe a mix with a couple of Gud Players in it.

But thats just the way i see it.

Well said Peng, I remember when I was in TD. We played Swift and Eq like
once a week and then checked the demo on how we can improve and ask the team how you did and what you could focus on improving 1st. That is the cool thing about our community, no one will tell you after a game, "no u suck stop playing", coz everyone starts at the bottom and then improve as a team. Small stuff like watch your demo and then mahbe you see, "wow i suicide way too much or i jump away from the medic when i should stay" And then next time focus on not doing that one small thing and you will see how it all falls into place later.

We all started focusing on playing more pickups too increase our individual and see when to do what. Like fall back or push, there is nothing worse than being in the middle and getting jumped on or picked, you should make a decision as a team and go for it, if it does not work you will know what not to do next time.

Say you are on a losing streak, then it is also a very good time to work on your defence, like maybe go heavy + sniper on granary last and see how that works ect. Cover the flanks and call what you see, find out what works best for your team and you will see then other team will not take the point as easy as they did the 1st time you tried to stop them.

"What do you do when you go on a losing streak? :)"
I'm gonna be lame and say that every game is a win if you give it your best shot and learn something from it :D

Any new clans need to realise that even if you do improve, realistically you may not overtake existing teams since they have been around and most likely are improving all the time as well, all you gotta do is wait for a new team to come along and you won't be the new guys anymore :)

To Darktrace: I agree with you 100%. Another thing that is good about losing is that you actually learn from it, I know that is a cliche but it's true. When teams lose it makes people think: "what did we do wrong?" or "What can we improve?".
But when they make mistakes but still win they seem to just say: "Well yeah but we won so whatever".
That is something that I have experienced with some teams and it really gets to me since that is not the point of practise, you need to acknowledge mistakes so that the team can grow into a well oiled machine, you can't just shrug things off because you got lucky and won or the other team made a few more mistakes.
